Quick and easy. Live down the road from the place, pulled out of our garage and our car alerted us one of our tires was low. Put air in it, drove around a bit, kept losing air, so pulled in around here. It was really easy to pull in at the back of the garage. We were immediately helped. Within 2 minutes we were told there was a nail in the tire and given options. We chose repair to get to our plans. It was $22, which was fine by us. No attempts to upsell us. It's a busy lobby, but they are working hard so we're confident we'll be on our way before our kid can finish the episode of TV she's not watching.
